Niceta Bradburn, Associate Attorney
Ms. Bradburn handles dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, modification of parenting time, modification of child support, guardianship, appeals and adoption matters.
Prior to working in the legal profession, Ms. Bradburn worked hard supporting adjudicated and at-risk youth in a variety of functions. Ms. Bradburn also spent a number of years teaching experiential education to school-age children and working as an adventure counselor, where she helped children build self-esteem and peer relationships.
Prior to joining Brandes & Associates, P.C., Ms. Bradburn interned with the Colorado Attorney General Office in the Criminal Appellate section, where she had the opportunity to work on a variety of appellate issues, and in Denver District court in a Civil Courtroom. Ms. Bradburn completed her clinic work with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center where she acted as a Guardian ad Litem.
Ms. Bradburn has been a law clerk for Watts and Hendrickson, a family law firm where she primarily worked on dissolution of marriages. Ms. Bradburn has also clerked for Judge Shiela Rappaport in the Denver District Criminal Court.
Ms. Bradburn is licensed by the State of Colorado as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem for the 17th Judicial District. As a Guardian ad Litem, Ms. Bradburn represents the best interests of abused and neglected children.
Ms. Bradburn has also completed the required training to act as a Child and Family Investigator.
